The Tenacious Buzz of Malaria The Wall Street Journal with an article that invokes memories of living in Africa as a kid. Those daily chocolate (quinine filled) drinks still make my cringe. Anyhow, the argument being made in the article is that Malaria is by far and away the biggest killer since the stone age and that we, humans, don’t take it seriously enough. Although I’m not sure DDT is the answer, it seems to be gaining momentum.
